Staff members here are generally very friendly and make a point to learn names and orders of their regulars. They almost always make some conversation with me even if they are slammed with customers. Any kind of service or retail job like this is bound to have its share of stressors and imperfections, but as a whole I feel it is a welcoming and professional environment.”
