“This place just opened so I wanted to stop in and see what they had to offer. The passion fruit juice I got was AMAZING. I honestly wished i had gotten a large instead of the small. I ordered one of the food items and it wasn't bad. It was more of a snack, than a meal, but I got to share it with my coworkers. The staff was really friendly and one of the ladies took her time to go over the menu with me, since I wasn't familiar with some of the words. I see myself going back very soon for another juice. She said they have new features daily.”

The breakfast sandwiches and biscuit sandwiches are to die for. They always make the brown sugar shaken espresso so perfect too that I wouldn’t even go back to an actual Starbucks again. I know I’m gonna have a good day when I stop by Best Buns for breakfast or coffee!! Their customer service is great and their employees are so nice!!! “This Parisian themed breakfast/ lunch restaurant/bakery has a quirky ordering system, but once you figure it out and get used to it, the line you have to stand in to place your order goes pretty quickly, even during breakfast rush hour. The breakfast food among the 6 of us got an “average” rating, nothing to write home about! The bottle neck created by the line and the quirky ordering system is very uncomfortable to navigate, and even stretches into the dining area, with people in line bumping up against your chair while you’re eating. The prices for a breakfast plate were high, but the real price gouging is in the bakery items, absolutely ridiculous and greedy. I won’t be going back for these reasons.”

“We happened to see a positive review of this place and discovered that we are just around the corner and we didn’t even know it existed! We stopped by one day and tried two of the different style of grits they had. I got the shrimp and grits and it did not disappoint! It was very tasty, although I would gladly pay for a larger portion size (the size was a bit small). The iced coffee was good too! Just note that they are a daytime cafe only - and closed on weekends. They probably mostly serve the surrounding office buildings for lunches but it’s a great little uncrowded spot and a convenient location with good food so definitely checking it out! Good to do work if you want a quiet spot - it’s nice and clean with plenty of tables. And when the weather gets nice, there is a good outdoor seating area as well.”

“My Cafe, reopening after covid, has limited hours and menu. However, the current menu does include a pretty good selection of meat or vegetarian panini sandwiches. I have tried both the eggplant panini and the portabella mushroom panini (the latter shown in pic), and both are outstanding! The chipotle mayo brings a nice little kick to the taste. My Cafe is not fancy, but it is very clean and they have outdoor seating too. So if you work close by, and want to try something other than Wegmans for a quick lunch within walking distance, I recommend giving this small local business a try!”

“Delicious. I ordered the combo sawarma plate. It's a nice portion of chicken and steak shawarma that is seasoned very well. Comes with Salad and Hummus. I loved the Hummos. The soufle pancake is ETHEREAL and HEAVENLY. I can find very few words to describe the experience. There is absolutely zero fancy dessert cafe or $$$$ restaurant that serves dessert like this in the entire VA-MD-DC metro area. Truly Japanese in flavor and quality. But be prepared, it is so good, it can be a 35-40 minute wait if you order during their busy hours.”

“We had a Colada Shop location closer to our home that we frequented until its closure a few years ago. We miss having it around but the next best thing is to travel to Mosaic for our Cuban cuisine fix. You can't really go wrong with anything on their menu, but I highly recommend the Cuban sandwich. The bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the pork was tender and flavorful. It's a filling meal in itself, but order it with the plantain chips and you're in for a real treat. We also love their guava and cheese pastelitos and coffee drinks. Service is top notch, even though it's quick service, our server brought our order out to our table despite the lunch rush. Its location is adjacent to Bloomie's with direct access to the store inside. Parking is at the multiple parking garages in the area, so expect a short 5 minute walk. Can't wait to visit again!”

“Texas donut converted this non-donut lover. My friend gifted us 8 donuts plus two Texas donuts as a postpartum gift. At first I was really disappointed because I've never met a donut that I liked. They're generally not my thing. However out of respect for my friends gift I decided to taste the donut she gifted. The donuts were amazing. Pillowy soft and light and a wonderful texture. They seemed really fresh. I liked these so much that I can't wait to pay it forward by ordering donuts from Texas donuts whenever one of my friends gives birth.”

“Katie's has the foremost cars and coffee in the DC region every Saturday morning. The cars start rolling in bright and early, 6am or earlier depending on the weather, and you can enjoy a wide variety of rare and interesting cars all morning. “These egg sandwiches are not only picture-perfect but very flavorful (pleasantly surprised). Instantly fell in love with their iconic design/presentation and delicious taste. We ordered avocado sandwiches and chicken sandwiches with different sauces. Their paprika sauce complement avocado and eggs very well, and their kiwi sauce is very unique and yummy. I normally do not like sandwiches, but fluffy scrambled eggs with green leaf lettuce and other ingredients all wrapped together in a toasted brioche bread was SUPERB. The sandwiches are served in a paper box (eco friendly - love it!) with a minimalistic design that makes the sandwiches more scrumptious. Semicolon didn't get five stars because of its service. :(”

I had the Zinger burger and the beef burger and both were great! The Zinger Burger is out of this world though. Big, juicy and crispy! The ambiance is great as expected from CHA so you definitely won’t be disappointed. The only thing I’m upset about is I forgot to order an extra Zinger burger to go. Will definitely be back!”
