“Right out of the gate I we could tell that the music was way too loud. The lounge has a nice inviting atmosphere and plenty of hookahs for everyone and unlike other hookah bars I have been to, it is not overwhelmingly smokey or overpowering. We didn't smoke last night, but we ordered a couple of drinks. My lady ordered a margarita breeze, which she sipped and promptly pushed away because it was much too sweet. I ordered a drink called the scorpion, which was surprisingly good, but also kind of sweet, especially considering that it had 4 kinds of liquor in it, I was expecting a more alcoholic flavor. The staff took their time to get to our table, but once they did they were excellent. They were courteous and efficient considering their limited walking space between tables and booths. The music was awesome, but there was also no dance floor to speak of, most people were dancing in their seats. If I had ant recommendations to improve this place it would be for them to reorganize their tables and booths, open up some space for a dance floor, and please, please, please tell the DJ to turn down the music a bit. The music was so loud that my ears felt it long after we left and whilst there could not have a conversation with anyone because we started to get hoarse from yelling at each other when trying to order drinks. It would have been a great spot to hang on a Saturday night, but the loud music sent us home early for the night.”

“Wifi was not working and when I reported that to the staff they brushed me off claiming that since their registers are working then wifi is working. I am in IT and know networking very well and was able to prove to myself that their wifi router was not connected to the internet. I asked two staff members again and they ignored me. If they were nicer and didn't completely brush me off I'd give the place 5 stars since it's a new location and is well decorated and has plenty of room inside. If it wasn't for their manager and one staff member being courteous and nice I would've given this place a 1-star. You have to learn how to treat customers better.”

“Greatness - although it's only a month since it has been opened. Big, open atmosphere concept and is very clean. Hopefully, the test of time doesn't take that away. The bathrooms were even spotless for what they considered a busy night. Beer galore as it's a pour house. The food was picturesque and tasty. We had the popcorn chicken, bacon cheeseburger and fries. They also don't serve a gluttonous amount of fries which I really appreciated so as not to waste food. Can't wait to go back!”
