“8/5/20 NO MASKS ENFORCED. After I paid for my purchases, 3 people (2 men and a woman) entered the store without masks. I presumed the store clerk would have told them to either wear masks, buy masks, or leave. Not so. They were in the store for quite a long time. (I was having my lunch in my car.) Then the 3 came out still not wearing masks. This is not safe. Did not make me feel safe. I will think twice before entering a 7-Eleven again.”

“Overall the ice cream is good. Cold Stone does a really nice job of having a wide selection of flavors and serving options which makes it a great place to take the family. Not to mention that prices are pretty reasonable. It's a great place to GET ice cream if you're in the area, but it's not a great place to EAT ice cream. Seating inside the shop is unbelievably limited (just a bar that is literally inches from people standing in line). Outside is no better. Cold Stone doesn't have any seating options outside and the benches and standing table next to the store are reserved for customers of another restaurant. Seems like a bit of an oversight to me. I recommend getting the ice cream to go and walking back over the the central area of Mosaic. There's plenty of places to sit there and it gives you more to do.”

“It's more like 3.5 stars. Although we went on a Sunday I'd imagine it is pretty hard to get in and out of the area otherwise. The absence of condiments is noticeable. You have to ask for everything. We would go again if in the area. However there was nothing particularly out of the ordinary there. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit that particular store.”

“this place is very popular and has always been a good experience until recently when they started changing some of the items on their menu. the favorite is the hash browns which is usually crispy but their new sausage is something that's not even palatable. We complained about it when we are there and they replaced it with bacon but that can't be a cost-effective solution. In the past this place has been in the Local Top 20 but here recently until they make some changes to heighten their quality they would not make it there.”
