“I hadn't been to an Einstein bagels in quite a long time. Stopped in for a bite to eat. I ordered a simple ham and cheese melt on a garlic bagel, what I got was a bagel covered in veggies and hummus. I quickly informed the guy at the counter this is not what I ordered. He apologized, they made me the sandwich that I ordered, and offered a free drink which I declined. Bad service seems to be the norm, mistakes happen but they recovered quickly and professionally.”

“Delicious variety of grilled cheese with vegetarian and vegan options. Beware if you have a peanut allergy though, they use peanut oil for their frying. Excellent customer service, super cool dudes running the place on the Monday night I visited. Highly recommend if you love grilled cheese in all its majestic forms and/or if you like a chill weekday location with a good crew looking out for all your bar needs. Every time we decide - after months, that we want to give them another chance we’re regretful. Tonight we ordered two burgers medium rare. They took a long time to come out, one was well done, the other was cooked appropriately on the inside but somehow very burned on the outside, and the fries were over done. We’ve tried half the menu or more... definitely the last trip for us.”
