“BRAND NEW JAPANESE RESTAURANT IN ROCKY MOUNT VIRGINIA! Filet Mignon w/ Shrimp Hiabatchi & Cheese Wonton App. First off, literally the MOST TENDER steak I've ever had. Melted in your mouth & I don't even remember chewing!😆 Sincerely, I was blown away. The shrimp was perfect. The portions are big! So... Many... Wontons!!! Everything was definitely delicious. 😋 The young lady running the counter was definitely very busy but remained kind & efficient taking dine in orders at the counter, to go orders on the phone, running the register, filling Togo orders at the counter, & running the food from the kitchen to the patrons dining in. 🤔 Absolutely not complaining, again she was very kind just very busy which is a good thing in my opinion! This leads me to my only suggestions. Food this good deserves real plates, utensils, and definitely more front of house staff for your dine in guest. A couple servers would clear up your counter for Togo orders and improve guest experience & overall atmosphere. 😁 You have a great thing going, and I really hope you succeed and continue to grow. The prices for what you get is a great deal. When you order a full pizza to-go though it's hard to get it out their door. Love the crust. Prefer the fresh made.”

“This Bojangles at Plateau Plaza is pretty good. It's convenient. The young girl "Victoria" working here is kind of rude. I asked her to give me another container of dirty rice and she looked at me strangely and treated me as if she was bothered by me. She's young and it could be her first job.. but no excuse to treat customers as if they are bothering you. Victoria seems to have an attitude problem. There is a younger guy here also named "James" whom also has an attitude problem. I didn't see him on my last visit but he called me "buddy" every time I came in. I felt him calling me "buddy" was disrespectful since I'm a lot older than him and have kids of my own. I heard this James has a relationship with a girl working here too and his jealously causes problems within the business. I thought Bojangles has an anti-fraternization policy... evidently not. Otherwise a pretty good Bojangles...check your order before you leave to make sure it's correct.”

“I've always gotten the hot-n-ready pizza never called in an order and only once did they not have them made for you to pick up. The staff seem slow and it usually takes at least one repeat for the cashier to hear me, don't know why, I am from relatively close to here and know there are many people who are Rocky Mount born and raised who have a thicker accent.”
