Execelent Food and Service. I love you Taco Trio, they were amazing and all fresh. I highly recommend this place.

Fresh ingredients, well assembled, and tasted good. 2 tacos for $12 including no sides and a drink is a bit overpriced for Fredericksburg. Especially when you have chipotle right down the road. Might come back

You get a crazy amount of food for crazy little money and it tastes clean and healthy and the leftovers are just as good the next day for lunch. Also love that there are vegan options!!! Will definitely be going back

I have been enjoying their tacos for over a year now and can say confidently that they are some of the best tacos I have had both from their truck AND their new restaurant. Maria and the rest of her staff do an amazing job!

First off, the street corn alone is a 5, it is sweet, creamy, and has a great aftertaste! Came here on its opening week. Haven't tried the food truck, so I was eager to try now that the resturant has opened.
I had the stuffed avocado with chicken: very fresh and flavorful. Bf had the taco trio, with chorizo, chicken, and vegan. He enjoyed his as well, but found the chorizo to be the most flavorful the three. Menu was limited, but I know they had run into some issues this week and I imagine it will expand as they begin to make this space their home. Excited to see how they grow!
