“With the exception of a skeevy cashier who was openly ogling female customers, the staff is very friendly. However, the wait for my order (one frappe) was very long with no real explanation - mid -afternoon on a Sunday with not many customers. While I waited, I watched two other orders get screwed up. In the end, my drink was yummy but the wait was weird.”

“There are a total of 17 starbucks locations in the Fredericksburg area, and this one seems to be less than friendly when they're busy. They were having difficulty with their sticker machine, difficulty hearing me despite being in front of the order screen, and 2 employees felt the need to say PULL UP after the employee taking my order said I could pull around. I paused for a moment to take a pic of their outside screen (also having issues). I get there is a timer per car, but that was unnecessary. The one on Plank road is always slammed but their employees are super friendly, even under pressure.”

“This Dunkin' opened up just a few days ago and there use to be a McDonald here a few years ago and has been sitting empty. This is what Walmart needed for those early morning trips I take (Dunkin' opens at 06:00). Since it is new it is nice and clean and the staff was friendly and service was quick. As of now yes.. 4 stars.. good location, opens early and prices are good.”

“I arrived for lunch before noon on a weekday and it was already pretty crowded. I was a little turned off at first when I realized it was a chain, but decided to try it anyway. The place was modest. It was clean and the staff was friendly. I like that the waitress asked me if I wanted a straw with my drink instead of just giving me one. I don't ever use them and they just create more trash. Anyway, I ordered a special Chicken Salad Melt. This was an open face sandwich with two pieces of toast and cheese melted over the top of the chicken salad. It was very good. Almost too much food w/ the added side. The waitress remarked that the dish should be on the menu, because they have it as a special often and sell a lot. Maybe try it if you see it on the specials board. I will definitely return when I am in the area. Can't wait to try their breakfast.”

“A fabulous evening at the Curitiba listening to a Jazz ensemble. The evening began with piano and bass guitar, then vocals, trumpet and lastly a tenor sax player joined the ensemble. The Jazz session was in aid of The Table at St George's Church. A great cause. There is a wonderful atmosphere at the Curitiba and alcoholic drinks, sodas or tea, hot chocolate and coffees are served. There is food too. You can be seated at wooden tables, at a custom made bar top or on leather chairs and a couch. On Thursday nights there is a Beer and Poets Open Mic. We will be returning and would highly recommend the Art Bar to others”

“Really nice people work here! Today I stopped to get gas and locked my keys and phone in the car. Since everything was locked inside the car, I had to go inside and ask to use a phone. A wonderful employee named Shannon Wise helped me by using her phone to look up the road assistance number for me. Then she got the store phone for me to use to call them. She even gave me a pen and note paper! If you’re going to lock your keys and phone in the car, I highly recommend this Sheets and Shannon Wise to come to your rescue.
