“So my sister and I went in here around 12 something this morning (10/15/20) and immediately as we pulled up, the one clerk was staring mad hard and smiling. Which okay, I can understand, being friendly but this was a bit too friendly in my opinion. We were followed around the store and he was making conversation, which is fine but he was getting incredibly too close to me and following us in every direction we went into. Usually I have no problems with this store but idk about all of that. So if you go in here alone or with one other person when it’s late, stay vigilant. My sister noticed this and asked if I was “ready to go” and I said I was and we left early before we even finished getting all we wanted.”

“Original: March 24, 2020 We placed 8 order and everybody was extremely satisfied with the food. Great, authentic flavor and the spicy level is consistent and exactly what we expected. Great portion size as well. UPDATE: April 6, 2020 I have now been here three times and the food has been perfect each time. There have been 0 complaints from any of my coworkers that have ordered either. UPDATE: April 9, 2020 We placed a large order today (14 entrees, one salad, and two appetizers) and again Jasmine Thai Kitchen was on point. Food was ready quickly, absolutely no complaints. “We were treated kindly and our orders were taken by a great waitress. We had a bit of a wait for our food, but we were given bread and our drink orders. We sat for about 10-16 minutes and our hot food came. The french onion soup was delicious and hearty. My grilled chicken sandwich was a little smaller than I expected, but it was tasty. Everybody was friendly, helpful and eager to please. I would recommend Longhorn Steakhouse Hampton location to everyone. If your order is wrong, they quickly correct it and you will be eating a good hearty tasty meal. Make sure you try the Peanut butter chocolate brownie jar.????”

I usually order things that don't require such a long wait but like I said I haven't had any big issues with this location. “5 stars for Manager Richard that appears to truly care about his crew I observed his consideration to a school age young man that works for the Jersey Mike crew, as the young man came into work and headed to the back Richard cared enough to ask him "how was his day at school?" that made my day just to see that he cared enough to even acknowledge him instead of ignoring him as he came in and wanted him to just get to work. If no one else thought that was a plausible act I commend you for caring Richard.”

“I love this place. I wish they would compensate drivers more though. They cant file for mileage on income tax anymore.... they pay about 30 cents a mile and IRS allowed 50 cents or more. Cant file for the difference anymore. No pay raises in years either. Still great place and pizza!”

“Great food, consistent with Jason's Deli franchise! The salad bar has all my favorites and I can rely on JD to make a good meal experience, even if I'm just getting a sandwich. The only area I can see for improvement is the ice cream machine -- when the ice cream is dark and grainy. The chocolate should be light and creamy. We bring the kids here for this reason alone, so it's a drag when that aspect is not maintained properly.”

I got two meals to go and the employee put my food in a bag upright so my subs were a heaping mess by the time I got home even though I had them laying flat during the drive home. The wait was long but it was lunchtime so that’s expected. The employee forgot to give me my drink cups so I helped myself to them. They need to pay more attention to detail. I will return as I love firehouse subs!”

“Went to this location for dinner on a Saturday night, the place was empty but the service was WAY too slow for how few people there were. The server was nice but somewhat absent the whole time. She didn’t take our food order until we had our drinks and finished our appetizer. Also, I had ordered a GRILLED chicken sandwich and got a crispy one. I would honestly suggest to go to an alternate location if possible. The food itself was alright though.”

“Reason for the 5 stars is because the Manager names Von handle the situation in a professional and dignified way . their driver was obnoxious rude and I wouldn't put that on any customer. the driver suggested that we go to Pizza Hut he also volunteer to take out order and deliver it to our home and he turned up at our door and was very extremely rude and unprofessional our food was open and appeared to be tampered with. I had to drive to the establishment and I spoke with the manager who handle it very well and the situation could have possibly escalated by the driver who insisted on talking to my daughter very rude and very aggressively and every turn the manager had told him that he needs to go and be quiet. He told him to be quiet several times and he refused and he was still acting aggressive towards my child at the end, the manager handle the situation very well and I appreciate him for doing so at the end like I said the only reason why this establishment is getting five stars is because the manager handle it very professionally I suggest anyone if they place the order with this establishment to go inside instead of getting a driver that was very rude. no I don't know his name but I wish I did because I would have post his name on here. Thank you Von and well done on the customer service.”
