“The restaurant wasn't quite full but they were very busy. What impressed me is that the staff was prompt and good was prepared and served very quickly. Not to mention the pizza was excellent. The crust was crisp and not burned. The cheese was week covered and stringy. And the sauce was perfect, not too tomato-ey with the right spice . Highly recommended!”

“This review is meant to be for management and hopefully improvements can be made. The staff is always very friendly, polite and helpful- they get 5 stars. The food is always good, 5 stars for that as well. However, I just waited 31 minutes for two sandwiches, two fruit cups, and an iced latte to-go. This is not the first time I've waited over 20 minutes for a to go order, either. Additionally, nearly every to go order I watched picked up during my extensive wait time, with the exception of two, was missing something. I'm not sure if this location is being understaffed or lacking solid training for staff to handle busy times, but the wait times and the order accuracy aren't meeting standards that I believe patrons expect at Panera. Again, the staff is always friendly and polite and helpful when orders need to be fixed, and the food is always good. 30 minutes is just entirely too long to wait and the order accuracy is subpar.”

“I enjoyed eating at Cracker Barrel. I had Cracker Barrel sampler. It consist of ham, chicken and dumpling and meatloaf with three side vegetables. Very tasty and filling. I couldn't eat it all. Took some home with me. The waitress was friendly and efficient. Needless to say I also love their gift shop. I will definitely be back there again.”

“Absolutely some of the best barbecue I have ever eaten! Don’t miss out on this little gem! I have tried both types of the pork barbecue, the beef barbecue, baked beans, green beans, slaw, homemade banana pudding and homemade limeade! All were incredibly delicious! The vinegar based pork barbecue was my favorite, but all the barbecue was outstanding! This is a small family run business with emphasis on quality and service ! Staff was very attentive and friendly ! A must place to eat !”

“My go-to for GF Italian/pizza. DO get food from here!! The food is awesome, and if you have to worry about gluten, there are still *tons* of gluten-free options! DO NOT have them deliver. Wait times are extremely hit-or-miss, and when they miss, food arrives cold. It's just not worth it to me anymore. I tried for a year to be patient, but said patience is gone (please do not contact me to try and change my mind or my review). I also save $10/order in delivery fees and tip. Dine-in, or take-out both end with very positive results. One of my favorite go-to places in Richmond!”

Let me tell you, the owner "Cheesecake J" is a hoot! She and her mom "Jamie" provided us with a memorable experience. It was like hanging out with your besties for coffee, cake and fun conversation! Her cheesecakes tastes amazing , and the names attached to them are fun! She has a beautiful testimony and is probably the most positive, high energy lady I have ever met. Her laugh and smile are infectious. Absolutely love this lady, her product , creativity and her passion for life. I strongly recommend this business owner!”
