They have so many flavors to choose from surely there is something for everyone in your household. I've always been a fan of eating freshly made desserts while they're still hot. This is what keeps me coming back. The staff are friendly. This location is conveniently located at the Shops of Willow Lawn around the corner from Dick's Sporting Goods. The downside is that they close early. If you want donuts, then get here before 6PM on weekdays. That way, you won't waste a trip here and the disappointment of not getting donuts. My favorite time of day to one here is mid-day. It's usually in and out service depending upon how many donuts you get or if there's a lot of other customers at the time. If you're active military or veteran, you get a discount every day. Don't forget to mention it when you order.”

The employees are very friendly, courteous, kind and speedy! I got the asiago with cream cheese today. Absolutely delicious to say the least. It definitely hit the spot! “This a clean, well decorated store that is never overcrowded. You can always get seating. This is a plus. Service could be faster, if more employees were working nights. “We walked in and there was basically no one there. I believe there was just one couple at a small table. We ordered and the cashier was very nice. Then we went to sit down with our tracker on the table. A little while went by and a few new guests were arriving but we still had not gotten our food. My husband got up and went down by the window to look and there was our food just sitting there. I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure their policy is to bring the food out to you when you dine in. I felt that the service in that aspect was lacking a bit. Otherwise, however, the food was good. Definitely not a deal breaker and we will be back but could have been a better experience.”

“Was clean and staff was nice. The lock on the bathroom door is broken and a poorly written note about knocking before entering is on the door. I hope they can run to home depot and get a doorknob with a lock that works so customers don't run the risk of seeing strangers naked. Easy fix to a big problem.”

“Best donuts in Richmond! They generally have a decent selection any hour of the day and don't forget a giant eclair. Comparing to SS, I would take country style 9 out of 10 times. SS donuts are good but can be too much with all the toppings.”
