“This is hit or miss. Avoid in peak hours or be prepared to wait. Some staff do half A job cleaning tables. The menus don't get wiped like they should. Never lay silverware on the table. Put napkins down. Place needs new flooring and bathrooms. Waffles are good but hold the big pad of butter. Grits cooked right. Hash browns can be good if right cook. Need to work on training staff on how to respond to complaints. Yes you can make mistakes just fix it. Don't question the customer. We pay for food and should get what we ordered and cooked right.”

“The bartender was an absolute sweetheart. Wife and I have not been out in a long time. She made us feel great. Glad we went to the bar. The server guy with the pony tail had a super additude when we walked in as if he did not want to serve us. It's cool that pushed us to sit at the bar where we got great service. Would have given five if the wanna be Hansen brother would have been hospitable.”

“Guest and I had a very good experience. Service was good and friendly. + I ordered baked potato soup and margarita grilled chicken. The soup was hot and flavorful. The chicken was tender and plenty. + Guest ordered baked potato soup and 6oz sirloin steak. The steak was cooked at the perfect temperature as per request. The accompanying mashed potatoes came loaded with cheese and bacon at no extra cost. The guest enjoyed their meal. Will definitely return to this location.”

“I have been going to the Panera in Glen Allen- The Summit (off Broad Street) nearly every day on my way to work for a couple of years. Recently they have remodeled but it seems that there's some things that have not been worked out since the remodeling. I always enjoy the fresh brewed iced tea that they have at Panera. However since the remodel every morning the tea tastes stale and sometimes has sediment in it to the point I've actually thrown it away. I've tried every day for a couple of weeks and it's been consistently stale as if it was made the day before and left to sit. I have typically really enjoyed this Panera; it's very convenient. I really hope they will get back in their groove with fresh products everyday. Update 06.25.2019: This Glen Allen Panera seems to be back to its old self with fresh brewed tea. The remodel seems to be complete and it looks modern and inviting.”
