I enjoyed the staff first of all. Nice to go somewhere after work and have cool staff. 5 stars just for that, but everything else was nice too. The food was good, nice promotions, nice atmosphere, even other customers were laid back and interacting. If I had to be picky, and I’m really grasping for straws, I wish the music as better. Anyway a great time all around and really enjoyed everything at Park Lane Tavern im sure I’ll return ????
My boyfriend and I are here for an early Valentines dinner. We were treated with such kindness. The good was absolutely amazing and the dessert delivered to us topped the night off. We will definitely be returning and recommending to all friends!!! The manager definitely knows what she is doing. Thank you to all staff for such an amazing experience
**UPDATE**
I ate lunch here this afternoon (on a Sunday) with my wife and mother-in-law. The waiter we had was outstanding! When we asked him if the goat cheese dip was pasteurized, he didn’t know but he went and asked the chef! We hope to get him as our waiter every time we go! He is why I’m changing my rating to 5 stars!
I ate a late lunch here with my wife, brother, and his girlfriend this past Saturday. The restaurant looks great and the theming & decorations are great! The food and beer selection was extensive too! Both items tasted delicious as well!
My wife and I have been to the Hampton Park Lane several times and always had a great time! When we found out that a new Park Lane had opened right off Broad Street, we were ecstatic!
The reason for 3 stars was the waitress. She was not friendly, helpful, or courteous. From the start, we asked her if the goat cheese dip had pasteurized goat cheese because my wife is pregnant and can only eat pasteurized cheese. She just responded with I don’t know. She did not offer to go ask her manager or do anything to help us. Then, we had to ask other waitresses for help with drink refills and more condiments after our food came out because we had not seen our waitress for 15 minutes. (There were literally 3 tables, including ours, that had people at and she only had 2 tables). She provided a poor experience and we hope when we return in a couple weeks with my mother-in-law, we get someone else.
Kirsten & Robyn were PHENOMENAL! The food is great and the atmosphere really feels like an authentic tavern! I love the changes they’ve made! Highly recommend!
This was my first time here and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I got the half-priced fish and chips (Tuesday special)and it was one of the best fish and chips I've had in Richmond! Great selection of beers so I got the beer flight-($10 for any four, five ounce pours)- I especially loved the large selection of European beers! I will be back to explore the menu- the fancy cocktails were calling my name! Not sure if they have happy hour prices or not, I did not see anything advertised. That would give them a 5-star rating in my book!
