(March 23, 2019, 4:15 pm)I visited around 730 on a Friday night. We loved the holographic glitter floor. The restaurant wasn't busy at all. We both order pho and the portions were larger than every where else we have tried in Richmond for 9.50. They gave us a good amount of meat in the bowl and broth was almost to the brim. Though they were a little small on add-ins but it was about what we get at other places. They do make two people share one set of sides. 10/10
