“I have been going to the Panera in Glen Allen- The Summit (off Broad Street) nearly every day on my way to work for a couple of years. Recently they have remodeled but it seems that there's some things that have not been worked out since the remodeling. I always enjoy the fresh brewed iced tea that they have at Panera. However since the remodel every morning the tea tastes stale and sometimes has sediment in it to the point I've actually thrown it away. I've tried every day for a couple of weeks and it's been consistently stale as if it was made the day before and left to sit. I have typically really enjoyed this Panera; it's very convenient. I really hope they will get back in their groove with fresh products everyday. Update 06.25.2019: This Glen Allen Panera seems to be back to its old self with fresh brewed tea. The remodel seems to be complete and it looks modern and inviting.”

“Great place for a weekend meals, especially Sunday brunch. The service is usually pretty good here, even when they are busy. And, since it's a casual dine in there's no expectation of tipping. The Morning Commuter is great; crispy croissant. Their scrambled eggs are pretty good. The bacon is nicely cooked. Good selection of coffee and flavored ice teas. And, if you sign up for their club, you get some pretty good coupons.”

“I have ordered from here several times recently.. 2 of the 3 times I have picked up my order and it has been wrong. Simply asked for no tomatoes and gotten tomatoes.... I hate tomatoes... food otherwise has been good. Friday I ordered you pick 2 no tomatoes which they did but my sandwich could have been made better by a 2 yr old.... 1/2 of my chicken wasn't even on the bread... slow down and do it 100%people”

“Go now! Very, very good food that’s also vegan. Delicious food. Went with a group of friends and we ordered one of everything. The chickpea salad was awesome. Really enjoyed the philly sub, meatball sub(good texture and nice marinara), the bologna sub was a star. Nice side salad. The zucchini salad was yummy and we demolished it. Good cupcakes and pop tarts too.”
