“Love the location. Pretty clean. Congested during the earlier hours, "depending on the day" (6am-5pm). More relaxed after that. Breakfast food is good, but it made me quesy the next day(it was just sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long) - Would prefer they make it fresh like they do the subs. “We walked in and there was basically no one there. I believe there was just one couple at a small table. We ordered and the cashier was very nice. Then we went to sit down with our tracker on the table. A little while went by and a few new guests were arriving but we still had not gotten our food. My husband got up and went down by the window to look and there was our food just sitting there. I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure their policy is to bring the food out to you when you dine in. I felt that the service in that aspect was lacking a bit. Otherwise, however, the food was good. Definitely not a deal breaker and we will be back but could have been a better experience.”

“I have been going to the Panera in Glen Allen- The Summit (off Broad Street) nearly every day on my way to work for a couple of years. Recently they have remodeled but it seems that there's some things that have not been worked out since the remodeling. I always enjoy the fresh brewed iced tea that they have at Panera. However since the remodel every morning the tea tastes stale and sometimes has sediment in it to the point I've actually thrown it away. I've tried every day for a couple of weeks and it's been consistently stale as if it was made the day before and left to sit. I have typically really enjoyed this Panera; it's very convenient. I really hope they will get back in their groove with fresh products everyday. Update 06.25.2019: This Glen Allen Panera seems to be back to its old self with fresh brewed tea. The remodel seems to be complete and it looks modern and inviting.”
