“Just showed up for the first time and was very impressed with the choice of furniture. The menu options were very plentiful. I chose the Mr. T (steak and eggs with home fries breakfast) and was very satisfied with everything about the meal. The steak was cooked just right, the eggs over medium were also done right, and the potatoes were cooked and oiled just right. Our waitress Samantha was extremely polite and consistent to attending to our table. Will definitely be returning.”

“With a severe food allergy to black pepper and any other hot spices eating out is often a challenge. TGI Fridays tops any other restaurant (except one that is equal to them). Their menu has many options to meet this need. First, we were properly greeted and Greg the manager discussed my needs and provided guidance. Our outstanding server, Joseph, was very detailed with my order. The food arrived perfect, quickly, hot and plated nicely. Greg checked with us to be sure everything was satisfactory. I told him they exceeded our expectations. It was such a nice, clean and friendly place to enjoy some very good food. Thanks to Greg and Joseph. We will see them again soon.”

Never really came around to do refills, but every other facet of service was relatively fast. Service could definitely be improved, but there was not a lot of servers, so I chalk that up to being short staffed.”

“I will always recommend Panera Bread. Love food choices and portions. The one in Newport News VA needs to get staff on board to clean tables more often and pick up used plates and utensils. Seems this job is not one people want to do. Management has changed recently. As of June 2019 stood in line over 20 minutes while one cashier was working. Line behind us got long. The manager was observed seated with customers for all of the 20 minutes. She finally got up to help at cashier. Got our order wrong.”

Menu is pretty basic - burgers, flat breads, crab cakes - but the preparation and flavor were really excellent! My butterflied fried shrimp were large and tasty. My vegetarian friend loved the mixed veggie flatbread - vegetables cooked perfectly - still crunchy. Others raves about the crab cake sandwich and cheeseburger. Sides were also well prepared and flavorful. Garlic knots were sinfully delicious. Nice kids menu. Will definitely return. By 7 pm, the patio was full.
