“I think this might be the worlds best 7-11. Every here is so friendly and the store is always clean. I'm usually scared of eating random C-store food but I have no problem going in here for a hot dog that's always fresh and delicious. My only complaint is that they put such good looking stuff near the register that I always end up buying something fattening that I don't really need but I suppose that's the exact point of point of purchase merchandising.”

“I just moved here to Virginia 2 year’s ago I enjoy coming to your store I love having mike back he is a good man with a great personality he needs to stay on the 2 Ed shift. In the morning on the way to work some young girl name Brittany she can be nice sometimes she needs to work on how to speed up in the mornings don’t like her to much she can have an attitude ! some short lady has long gray hair and another short lady skinny her name is Tonya she is very nice and helpful she needs to work more on your first shifts they are both really keepers on your first shift take that girl Brittany off the front line she is not made for the front line at all . On the way back home on your last shift there is a very beautiful woman name Venus she cleans really good and really fast on front line on your last shift she is the only one who keeps your store clean I want her number so she can clean my house she always has a smile on her face and a beautiful personality she needs to be a trainer I love the fact she is a volunteer EMT and knows her stuff because I seen her in her uniform and Venus knows Spanish and sign language . I also love your other employees Jenie she is very beautiful and helpful loves to smile on 2 Ed shift Kim and The other manger she is a lady they are both nice and helpful on your last shift at night the man AJ I really like him he is a keeper you should make him a manger for night shift he gets stuff done fast and he has a smile everytime also the lady ANN she is a sweetie and very helpful too !!!! The worse is you have to let that other woman go she so mean all the time and she can’t clean at all she is short has red hair don’t know her name somebody told me her name was Kayla she needs to learn to be nice and come off the front line last night on August 29 th, 2020 My daughter and her friend ask for a pizza she said to us I’m not cooking this late it was only 10:30 pm she is bad news she needs to be fired other then that I love this store !!!! They make sure to remember each customer as best as they can and they constantly ask me how my family and I are doing (we are all regulars). “My husband and I visited the National Pancake & Waffle House on Saturday, June 1st, 2019 for breakfast. We were both very satisfied with our order of Belgium Waffles with a side order of bacon. The waffles were perfect and the bacon was very crispy and non greasy. Just the way we both like it. The restaurant has a very good selection of meals and there's something for everyone. The server was attentive and the cashier was very helpful. It was good experience. ????????”

“What a team! Enthralled to watch them work during the busy dinner hour. The manager was expertly keeping the prep station up to task making orders along with two others with excellent skills. What great demeanor under pressure. They didn't miss a change up! The sweet girl with gorgeous dreads at the front stood out, her customer service skills are impeccable. Other cashiers should watch her and learn. Make her a manager now! (If she isn't already). She went above and beyond for me and was so professional and warm for lack of a better word. “5/5 This store is always so clean and organized. The employees are very friendly and without fail greet and help me every time. After the new ownership, the company has added many allergy-friendly flavors, as well. I am lactose intolerant and before the new ownership, there were no dairy-free options. Now there are two delicious ones in addition to kosher, gluten-free, vegan, sugar-free, and low-carb yogurts. Would always recommend.”

“Just showed up for the first time and was very impressed with the choice of furniture. The menu options were very plentiful. I chose the Mr. T (steak and eggs with home fries breakfast) and was very satisfied with everything about the meal. The steak was cooked just right, the eggs over medium were also done right, and the potatoes were cooked and oiled just right. Our waitress Samantha was extremely polite and consistent to attending to our table. Will definitely be returning.”

“I will always recommend Panera Bread. Love food choices and portions. The one in Newport News VA needs to get staff on board to clean tables more often and pick up used plates and utensils. Seems this job is not one people want to do. Management has changed recently. As of June 2019 stood in line over 20 minutes while one cashier was working. Line behind us got long. The manager was observed seated with customers for all of the 20 minutes. She finally got up to help at cashier. Got our order wrong.”
