“The ice cream and shaved ice combo was so delicious. Flavorful, sweet while not overly sugary, light and not heavy in my stomach. I will definitely be back here when I travel down Rt. 64, as the detour was only 5 minutes and not located in a highly populated and congested area (who wants that when you're on a road trip trying to get somewhere). The ice cream AND the service were top quality!!! You guys keep it up, serving freshness, cool delight, love and care”

“I decided to try this place since we are new to the area and I saw all the great reviews. Unfortunately it wasn't what I expected. I ordered the beef brisket French dip and the brisket was super dry, way too thick and bland. The sauce for dipping literally tasted like gravy which was strange. The hush puppies were good though and so were the fries. I'll give this place another try though.”

“I am usually pretty skeptical about Subway restaurants because I have had bad experiences at more than a few of them over the years but this Subway, in the Star gas station has never disappointed me. Even when there are A LOT OF PEOPLE IN LINE, they have gotten me out quicker than expected with my sub prepared properly. They have never rushed me and always cut my sub into 4 pieces. Customer service is great.”
