“What can I say they are on a learning curve. So far drinks are done right but the actual physical location should have been better thought out. Not the staffs problem. Can't wait to see the mess when the other 3 shops open next door. Some staff are great and some are struggling to keep up, to be expected on new staff in a new store. Restrooms need attention from staff. Soap dispensor was empty so you had to grab a large refill and turn it over to get soap on your hands and then wash them. How many customers and staff are really washing after using the Restrooms. Management needs to step up their game a little and guide them.”
