“Friday is fish fry day. The other days are whatever works I guess. We asked at the counter when checking in and the girls had no idea what was being served the next day. I would go and probably will go back again. I don't know. For a new restaurant I just don't know if they will last. The food was good. I had from the salad bar and it was delicious. “What can I say they are on a learning curve. So far drinks are done right but the actual physical location should have been better thought out. Not the staffs problem. Can't wait to see the mess when the other 3 shops open next door. Some staff are great and some are struggling to keep up, to be expected on new staff in a new store. Restrooms need attention from staff. Soap dispensor was empty so you had to grab a large refill and turn it over to get soap on your hands and then wash them. How many customers and staff are really washing after using the Restrooms. Management needs to step up their game a little and guide them.”

“Pretty standard chain. Nothing impressive, but an easy crowd pleaser if you are looking for somewhere that will keep most people happy. Rather than giving us the machine to pay ourselves, the waiter asked us to give him a "standard 20% tip" and although, I had no issue with this amount, I did not like him asking us. I would have rather done that ourselves like every other restaurant I've gone to. This didn't happen another time I visited, so it could be isolated to the waiter.”

“I received great customer service on a previous visit. I gave respect and courtesy to the staff and it was returned in kind. I love the fries and the more homemade shakes. BK has always been my favorite restaurant for quality taste and value. Burger King delivers a unique taste due to the flame broiled grill. But I have one gripe, please stop slathering the sandwiches with so much mayonnaise! Please don't grab a hand full of (what ever) and throw it on my sandwich. It is better to take the time and do it perfect than to rush through for time sake. Re-train your people for quality before I have to jump over the counter and do it myself ????
