Handsome Biscuit

Thank you Kyle for making my first visit so awesome!!! The Hella Fitzgerald was the perfect way to start my day! I can’t wait to come back to try another delicious biscuit!

I like to give positive reviews, especially when others’ are. But, though the biscuit had a great flavor, it was very dry. There are only a few choices for breakfast, and all were biscuits. I had the egg and cheese biscuit and it was very dry and the egg and cheese were pretty bland tasting. However, the service was great and the food came out quickly. I expected more of a sit down restaurant, so I was disappointed with the basic fast food type restaurant. The only reason I gave this negative review was so that someone reading it might get another perspective, and knowledge of the setting. We knew it had outdoor seating, but wanted to ask if we could bring our dog (we were traveling). There is absolutely no phone number on their website, or google search! We had to take our chances, going out of our way not knowing whether we could or not - it was too hot outside to leave her in the car. We were able to, thankfully. But the positive comments I have, as I have mentioned, were the service, and the unique flavored biscuits.

Looks like handsome biscuit used to be a gas station because the actual venue is very small and the bones of the place have that "I used to pedal liquid dinosaurs" vibe to it. The staff greeted us when we came in even though it was packed. I had the PBJ biscuit and the hot Betty for some flavor. Both were fire. Wait times were cheap, and for what we got, the biscuits were even cheaper.

Really enjoyed these biscuits. Honest truth, I wasn't into the idea of a sweet potato biscuit, but husband was really excited. It was absolutely worth it. The biscuit was flaky and perfect cooked. Alone the sweet potato is very apparent in the biscuit, but the texture is exactly what you want form a biscuit. Topped with my normal egg, bacon, and cheese made it shine as a beautiful breakfast meal.

The biscuits didn't have the sweet potato flavor I thought they would. I only got a plain biscuits with butter, I brought two in the second one I added my own egg and turkey sausage and the biscuit was good with that so to be fair I must return an order a ????.
