“I work for a non-profit company and I had the task to arrange a meal for our board meeting with only a same day notice. I asked my boss what he would like to have and he suggested this company. When I initially went online to review the menu, it is stated that a 24 hour notice is needed for a large party, however, they will try to make it happen. Well they did and the gentlemen that took my order over the phone was very accommodating and my anxiety was immediately gone! He was very helpful with the box lunches and gave me quick suggestions of the most popular sandwiches. They delivered in a timely manner and the board members really enjoyed the choices. My boss was impressed! They provided such professionalism and the delivery guy was a sweetheart. Thank you Jimmy John's and we will be using you again in the near future. “The manager of this restaurant is an absolute champ. We showed up on a busy Friday night and it was clear he was swamped with the burden of high traffic and several new trainees. Despite being a one man show, he still showed patience and professionalism when talking to customers and employees. One of the workers mistakenly switched our order, but we were given more than enough compensation for the error and the food was phenomenal. I don't go out for pizza often, and having been in food service before, I feel for these situations and think they're doing an excellent job.”

“This is great Pizza! The staff is always polite. If we are in the pool the delivery driver will bring it to the back yard for us. The crusts are delicious crunchy and chewy bits of heaven. Toppings are always done right and the sauce is just what it needs to be.”

“I was visiting my in-laws and we needed something to eat before hitting the road back to Maryland. I googled restaurants, then left out to see what was near for pick up... Passed this place then googled the reviews and must I say from that day on out, this is my go to!! The food was good, hot, fresh, portions were nice.. I mean it had to be the best Chinese food I had in a very long time. The owner was SOO NICE and the cook. It's hard to find outstanding customer service like this. I was shocked and very pleased!!”
