Food was fresh but very very very slow!

Haven't been to this location in over a year and I'm not very satisfied with this visit. Ordered my food at 6:09 PM and didn't receive it until 6:29 PM. Simple order of Honey Gold Tenders and Potato Wedges.

Food quality was good except the wedges had obviously been under the heat lamp for a little while.

Restaurant was relatively clean except for large water puddle next to the soda machine. Would it really be too difficult to have someone mop the puddle up?

It's now 6:49, I've finished my meal. No one has come to wipe down any tables, sweep or mop up the puddle if water.

Would've been perfect but they were out of grill chicken at the time. Had to order alternative choices and it was perfectly prepared.

If you've been here, have experienced slow wait times, and have made such a fuss about it, give them a break. Grow some patience.

Obviously these guys are understaffed. They have to do multiple tasks to come up with ends meet. I know the term "fast food" is applied with most restaurants nowadays, but it will not be like that all the time. I know you, the customer, want your food in a flash, but at least be courteous. I saw a lady have her money refunded because she was too impatient with the food being prepared. I thought that was pathetic, but it's understandable.

I waited a half hour for my food and it turned out good. Only you can decide whether it's worth waiting or not without making such a fuss in the restaurant and without making them feel worthless. Nuff said.

Went out of my way to get KFC. I didnt have high expectations. But everyone was pleasantly nice and amazing. It was worth the wait.
