Ordered pizza (take out) for the family tonight. My wife picked up the pizza and didn't check the box. Once she got home, we found out a pizza was incorrect. It was no big deal to us. Mistakes happen, we had hungry kiddos, and truthfully it did not matter what kind they had. However, to my surprise, a few hours later I got a phone call from one of the team members at the Minnieville Rd Papa Johns (Nick) calling and apologizing for the mix-up, and offering to credit our account with a free pizza. This was totally unexpected and not necessary, however the fact that they took time to call was awesome. Outstanding customer service! We will definitely be using this Papa Johns again and look forward to our next visit.
