“I like Dunkin Donuts in general. However, last time I was there with a friend, they got my friend's coffee order wrong three times in the same visit. I'm not sure if the person who took the order was new and didn't get proper training or they don't care much about customers. I got my order wrong too but it was an easy fix.”
