We ordered several different menu items and each one looked gorgeous, was of excellent quality, and tasted amazing. This store needs to give lessons to all the other McDonald's for food quality. “As McDonald's go, this one is better than most in the area. There are order kiosks if you dont want to wait in line. They give you a number to place at your table so they can bring your food out. It is mostly clean (other than super busy times like 11a-2p) and staff are nice enough. There are TVs and a fireplace, but no play area and no family restroom. I've not had issues ordering special items (no mayo or what-have-you), which is a miracle in itself. There are better places to eat nearby, but if your kids (or you ????) just HAVE to have McDonald's, this one is much better than the Pulaski (exit 94) one.”

“Our room was outstanding! The customer service was also outstanding! They both get 5 stars. The issue is, the noise from the dining room. The sliding of tables and chairs, the phone on the bar that rang every few minutes or someone using it and dialing, they had it on speaker. It would be nice to be mindful at 7am, there may be guests sleeping. Knowing how thin the floors are, use the receiver when dialing out. The noise issue... I give that not even 1 star. You leave there exhausted.”

“This Pulaski is McDonald's fast and clean with usual fare. Twenty piece nuggets for around $6 is a great deal, as well as being quite tasty. $1 drinks too. They have other chicken sandwiches and strips, salads and frozen dessert. They also quickly prepare and efficiently serve their classic selection of burgers, fries, shakes and drinks.”

“We had a delicious lunch of sandwiches and sweet potato fries packed to go at the Mercantile so we could picnic along the Rails to Trails bike path. Bikes can be rented for a great price there as well. Beautiful views on the trail. Highly recommend this venue as a day trip.”
