It's a food truck, and they're popular, so there's gonna be a wait - you'll have to be okay with that. BUT... they get through customers quickly, they treat you like they've known you for years, the food is good and very reasonably priced. What more could you want?

Awesome lunch spot! Chicken salad is amazing!

Got my usual chicken salad, sesame noodles and fruit salad with side of bread. Despite it packed in a small container it is very filling. Flavors were exactly as I remembered. I think the combo of the chicken salad and fruit is the way to go as the fruit cuts through the monotony of just eating plain chicken salad with its tart sweetness. The sesame noodles were good but now that I'm older and more health conscious (ha) I would probably go for the cucumbers or extra fruit as the second side as I was very full by the end of the meal. Don't sleep on the chewy bread either-having on the side makes it like eating a deconstructed chicken salad sandwich.

I ate here for lunch today and I always make a little chicken salad sandwich with the cheese and some fruit thrown in there. My dad's band has been playing at Chris's Halloween party almost every year since I was a kid and Chris always caters it himself. I remember getting plate after plate of chicken salad and pasta and having such a fun time, so getting to eat it for lunch is extremely nostalgic and wonderful. I always go up to the observation deck at city hall and enjoy my meal, so now I have a new little tradition to remember that part of my childhood. Definitely would recommend, it is probably the best chicken salad in Richmond.
