Amazing food and truly a family atmosphere. The outdoor seating is beautiful and talk about desserts! The Family that owns this restaurant are so kind and take great pride in their work.

My husband is from the northeast and loves Italian food and is very selective. We both love Sal's. Everything we've tried has been excellent and consistent. Along with friendly and efficient service the owners are on sight and responsive to any questions. Nice wine list and fabulous desserts. The best Italian in the Roanoke area.

Best pizza in town! Everything on the menu is great but the pizza is a stand out for the whole family. Expect a wait if you visit during high traffic hours but I never had to wait longer than 20 minutes. Some of the daily specials are exceptional. Staff is always smiling and extremely helpful. You can't go wrong for lunch or dinner with this locally owned family run business.

Sal's is always on point! The all you can eat buffet lunch is very good. I had the roasted red pepper and cheese soup which was delicious and with the garlic knots... perfect! Salad and hot wings were equally wonderful. On other visits we've had pizzas - the white is perfection and pepperoni fantastic.
