What a wonderful addition Bloom is to the Roanoke area! It truly is a food experience. The concept of small plates to try is really fun. The flavors were excellent and each item was art on a plate! The staff was very attentive and super helpful with making selections and explaining the food. Would definitely recommend if you want to try something new.
This place is outstanding and the entire experience was amazing. Top tier service from everyone involved from the hosts, to the service staff, the mixologist, and especially the chef. Very impressed with the servers' knowledge of all the ingredients and preparation methods. The food is creative and delicious all at the same time. LEAVE ROOM FOR DESSERT! Highly recommend to anyone in the area and plan to frequent this establishment in the future.
A refreshing addition to Roanoke! Bloom brings a farm to table yet fine dining experience to everyone in a casual, charming environment. The Chef-Owner Nate is serious about his locally sourced ingredients and he brings food to life in a creative and modern style. Who knew sunflower shoots could elevate a dish in such an amazing way? And pear butter is a thing he should package immediately for the masses! Do not miss out on a great evening in the revitalized Wasena neighborhood.
We got six plates and each were delightfully prepared. Impressed by how fresh everything was and the bartender created some tasty drinks. Service was friendly and attentive. Prices were even reasonable, comparatively to other tapas places.
Just a spectacular gem in the Star City. Share plates were each delightful. Plates included potato, zucchini, bass, and fried chicken. Dessert was especially enjoyable.
Downtown residents, I encourage the walk to this newest dining experience.
