“July 30, 2019 - Absolutely splendid. A small tower of Tavern Nachos well paired with a selected beverage, followed by the crab cake, broiled, with red potatoes and green beans. Superbly done. Presentation well done. Taste and texture excellent. Topped off with a slice of the coconut cream pie. Nice! All in a neighborhood tavern environment with an intimate atmosphere. Quality and price well balanced. Enjoyed soft Jazz & Blues from the group Duo Jazz playing a range from Herbie Hancock, Patsy Cline, Van Morrison, to blues standards like Kansas City. A friendly place where everybody can know your name. Hope to return soon.”

“Food was good but service was lacking. I've worked in restaurants and they are just not able to handle rushes possibly from staff shortage but idk. The food was good and they were courteous however I had to wait past my expected wait time for a pick up order for a fair bit of time and as I was waiting I noticed dine in guests having to wait despite only 2 tables being sat and the rest were still "dirty". Not that bad if you're not in a hurry but more inconvenient than necessary.”
