Even in the COVID era, the staff is doing what they can to serve up tasty smoked meats. Gotta say that their vinegar sauce is one of the tastiest I’ve ever had. The rolls were also quite soft and went well with the meats. The brisket as well as pulled pork are my favorites in town. I’m definitely going back. I’m shocked to my core that stuff this good comes from a national chain ?whatever. I hope they keep it up ?
