“Overall, I like this location, today was the first time I've had a negative experience. It's a newer location with clean facilities and usually good food. Tonight caused me to dock a star from from what would have been a full rating. They claimed the fryer to be broken. A corporate bldg.with new equipment? That doesn't make sense. We then needed to restructure our order, no biggie. Fast forward 5 minutes to eating it at home. The burritos and tacos were fine. The Mexican pizza however was not tasty. I give them credit for making it to order (no beans, no tomatoes, add nacho cheese). There's a sauce that goes on top..a tomato one. It was burned and bitter. Someone would have over cooked it and scooped from the crusty edge to get that flavor. The crew tonight did not want to work and their customers suffered for it. “Chris got our food delivered quickly, and neatly. We ordered 4 pizzas and wings. All of the pizzas had the exact toppings we ordered, no mistakes. They were delivered piping hot! “Lots of staff on a Saturday night. Two different people asked if I needed help. Cute chalkboard for kids to write on while we waited for our order. They were even kind to each other welcoming back delivery staff who came in. Plus, a gentleman helped me get all the pizzas we ordered for birthday party into the car. “The waitress service by Heather was awesome! She has a great attitude and provided good recommendations. I ordered an All-American Burger with French fries and Mango Habinerro traditional wings snack which was great and my wife had the Garlic Parmesan traditional wings which she really enjoyed. The tables weren't too clean and the greeter wiped down the booth but did a half job in wiping it down where there was still crumbs and sticky stuff of the table.”
