Comfort Suites Beachfront

To begin with the staff are all wonderful, kind, and engaging. The rooms are nice and clean vivid painting of a beach makes the hotel match the location. Included breakfast was a great amount eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles , even country ham and more. Gift shops are even on site at the ground floor a few restaurants. Parking was great some might complain about the ramp but it was good for us.

Breakfast and front desk staff was amazing!!! Great location and view. The room was nice. The bed was super comfortable. I liked having a living room and bedroom. Shower was fantastic!!! If i have anything negative is yes the exterior needs a little sprucing up. The elevators need some attention but overall we had no trouble with anything during our stay.

The good: Location and views were awesome. The room layout was what we needed while traveling with our child (separate bedroom and living quarters, 2 separate balconies so we weren’t sequestered inside once our kiddo went to bed). Bed was comfy, and complimentary breakfast was pretty decent! Really enjoyed the fireworks right outside our room over the water 2 of the 3 nights we were there.

The not so good: House keeping didn’t really seem to do much. They emptied trash and refreshed towels, but I ended up making beds. Also, our ceiling leaked the first night....Maintenance came quickly to remedy the problem, and there was no more leaking...but the carpet remained wet during our whole stay. No one seemed to vacuum our whole stay either. I feel like daily vacuuming in a beach front hotel is a must. Rooms need some updating and repairs. Our bathroom door didn’t shut completely, the couch was pretty worn out, stained, definitely needing some updates to the room decor and fresh paint.

Great views, very clean room, very accommodating staff... from my check in to the AWESOME Continental Breakfast, to the house keeping staff! We ENJOYED our vacation! No COMPLAINTS!!! I'll definitely return.
