Seating and service was good. They have "new improved " chicken tenders. They were served hot, but that's about all. They were still pretty greasy and tasted like the fairly old oil they were cooked in. Nikki is a very good server.

The front door is disgusting.
Our table when seated was dirty. Was just kind of turned off by the lack of cleanliness. Our server was pleasant and addressed our table situation.
The food was fast and prepared well.
Would have loved to give them a better rating.

The online ordering for food service took precedence over the customers actually physically sitting in the restaurant placing orders. Once we sat down after a 20 minute wait in the lobby, it took an additional 45 minutes from placing our order till we were served. Many of the customers in the restaurant were not that patient and walked out. Food was good, the wait was not.

I love this place because it's not too expensive and there is a great menu. Breakfast lunch or dinner 24/7 and so many options. Some of the waitresses have been there forever and those are the waitresses you want to get. They are so nice! This was also my grandparents favorite place when they were alive. Its kind of become a family favorite.
