Food was fantastic. Not your typical oriental food place.

This is the best chinese restaurant I've come across in Hampton Roads. I wish they had more locations. Everything I've tried on the menu has been spectacular! Vegetable spring roll is light. One of my favorite entrees is the Mongolian chicken which has just a tiny hint of spice. Shrimp egg foo yung is filled with fresh vegetables and large shrimp amid the gravy is not the typical greasy kind.

This is a great date place. Staff is super friendly. The food is good. The Mongolian Beef is slap your momma good. The crab ragoon, that's a food that is very important to me, it was mostly cream no crab. I had tried this place first as take out and that wasnt amazing but I decided to give it another chance with dine in. We will be back!

I review only when super impressed. I have eaten here a dozen of times the last few years and am always impressed. Atmosphere is great, service is great, but the food is super impressive.

American Chinese, Japanese, and what separates them is the Cantonese (heavy and very fresh seafood).

The food is incredibly fresh and the menu is expansive. Duck roasted daily, fresh fishes all the time, and I do not eat sushi, but if I did, I would here. Super clean sushi chef rolling behind the bar and a peak in the kitchen confirms the same; a great, great place, and super clean too.

And added plus is you get the sense it is family owned and proudly operated. I do not know, but I have seen the same faces running the place the last five or so years I have discovered it, and can tell they are well run given the sane set of servers seem to be there too from when I started.
