We went there about 2 on on a Sunday. Talk about a million dollar view!!! The flounder sandwich was one of the best I've ever had!! Simple, fresh and tasty.
Great little spot! Frank the bartender is the best!
The best million dollar view $3 Buds, $2Nattys all day everyday! Coldest beer on Rudee inlet! Fantastic food!
I loved it. It's very seldom that I encounter an undiscovered, hidden gem, but this is definitely one of those places. It's located on the ground floor - the dock level - of the Fisherman's Wharf Marina office (which is located on the upper floor of the building). The result is an easy to get to, handicap accessible, spectacular little place that has outstanding views of the marina - from both inside and outside tables, no less. And it's quite likely that if you are one of those folks that enjoys a smoke with your favorite beverage and some comfort food, this is one of the few places left where you can do that without being relegated to an alley or side of a busy street.
The place is super clean, meticulously maintained, and the owner and staff just super friendly and helpful. They offer a good range of your favorite beers, alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, you won't die of thirst here. And the food is definitely comfort food, cooked on premises in their traveling kitchen (also available for parties and catering!) with some delicious sandwiches made with local seafood. And the prices are heavenly as well - inexpensive. Note that it's cash only, but they do have an ATM in the main seating area which always works.
It's not a MIchelin starred outfit, but it's definitely a great local hangout in a fantastic location that just can't be beat. It's like Big Sam's in a way before it became so popular, without the crowds, noise and high prices, and so much more. You definitely need to make a visit if in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Nice new little bar and grill located at Rudee's inlet overlooking the docks. Owned by the same owner of The Black Angus restaurant. Yvonne, the bartender, and Chris the owner are both very friendly. While Yvonne goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome while taking good care of you. Good beer and eats!
