The Rustic Spoon

Open floor plan with a loft, patio, and vaulted ceiling make this restaurant feel spacious and inviting even when it's at full capacity. The menu consists mostly of breakfast items but they manage to throw on some unique plates to stand out from the competition. The Scotch egg appetizer was amazing. Crunchy on the outside with a juicy layer of sausage underneath and finished with an egg that wasn't overdone in the middle. A cilantro cream sauce on the plate helps to cut the heavier flavors making this dish a perfect start to your meal. The chicken and waffle sliders are delicious! Tender battered chicken with a light spice kick on fluffy waffles and just a bit of honey that doesn't make it too sweet create a crave worthy meal. We will be trying more of the menu in the coming weeks but this is a great start for a new spot that deserves a chance from anyone in the area!

LOVE IT! Food was excellent! I had “the good” and it was delicious! Prices were awesome compared to another brunch spot that we tried and food was way better! Waitress was super nice and took good care of us! Really liked the look of the restaurant.

Really enjoyed brunch here. Tasty cocktails and delicious breakfast and lunch options. I had the chicken and waffles and my wife a salad. Both dishes were very nicely done. The wait staff was friendly and prompt. Checked on us several times. The decor was inviting and lives upto the "Rustic" name. Overall a big space with some outdoor seating. Can't wait to go back and try the cinnamon french toast, and maybe enjoy the patio.

I had brunch at the restaurant today with a friend and the food was amazing! We had a difficult time choosing our entree as the menu had so many delicious options available to us! We finally chose the avocado toast as our appetizer which was so yummy and our entrees were the shrimp and grits and the carnitas hash. Both the food and presentation just amazing! The room decor is very warm and inviting and the owners did a fabulous job renovating the place. Can't wait to go back and try out some of the other choices on the menu!
