“My husband and I stopped in Friday evening and had a very enjoyable time. The staff was very friendly and did a fantastic job making us feel welcome. We enjoyed a fabulous dinner and the great stout beer. The Inn along with dining room are beautiful. After dinner we went downstairs to the Pub and enjoyed listening to the music. We will be visiting the Montross Inn on a regular basis.”

“While nobody in our group ate pizza at Angelo's Pizza Co., we all three had delicious options. The prices are great! I had a very fresh Greek salad with large chunks of feta and lots of tasty greens. My under $5 appetizer of spaghetti with meat sauce was enough for a meal. I even had some to take home! The wait staff is friendly and knowledgable. My only disappointment is they have but one type of sandwich bread... white. No wheat, rye, or egg bread. They do have pita. Great experience, good food, open Sunday.”

“Very possibly one of the best dining experiences of my life. The food was exquisite: a perfect fusion of the subtlety of French cooking techniques and the explosions of flavor of Thai cuisine. The only possible complaint anyone could have for this restaurant is the pace of the dining experience. Many people come to places like this expecting to get in, get food, and get out. Instead, the atmosphere is much more conducive to sitting down, sharing pleasant conversation with your companions, and enjoying your time together. This combined with fantastic presentation, unbelievably good food, and a kind and friendly staff makes for a perfect dining experience. 6/5 stars. UPDATE: As of 09/21/2018 The Lighthouse has changed hands, and I have not been back since the change-over.”

“Stopped in for first visit with Sunshine Volunteers family. Such a delight as we enjoyed the most yummy Crab Meat Fried Rice and spring rolls plus a sample of all sauces available. Not only was the food out of this world but Chef has plating skills to make your mouth water. The service Sally provided was personal, special, and top notch. The pricing was reasonable as well. “This place came highly recommended and it was perfect . It's a small place seating says 52 but that would be very tight. It's where the locals eat. Had breakfast and I thought my granny was in the kitchen. Eggs were cooked just right. Over light not easy to do. Hash browns were real cut up potatoes. The waitress was very friendly. We asked for a recommendation for crabs and she told us were she liked and got some of the regulars to give us others and directions. Good down home feel”
