“Absolutely love Cook-Out itself. Tasty, fresh, juicy burgers and incredible deals. I was a little disappointed tonight, though. I completely understand that they just opened and are completely slammed to where the line is out to Pleasant Valley. I just wish they did a better job at making sure everything in the order was correct. There was no cheese on mine or my partner’s burgers. I didn’t get my burger toppings even though I repeated it twice. No fork for coleslaw, no napkins, no straws. Also, we didn’t get our change back. Not a big deal since it was 56 cents but it’s still very unprofessional. Hopefully after being open for a little longer it’ll be more organized.”
