We got 2 birria, 2 carne asada, and 2 adobada bomb tacos and were blown away. The meat was tender, juicy, and flavorful, the tortillas were crispy and held together with melted cheese, the pickled radishes, cucumber, and onion were delicious, and the roasted jalapeño brought it all home.

They have an assortment of salsas and we wish we had asked for one of each so we could have compared them. The salsa verde was very light and the peach habañero was sweet and unexpectedly mild.

The pricing is appropriate for the quality and quantity of food. They have street tacos too if you are looking for the cheaper, smaller tacos, but 2 bomb tacos will fill you up.

If you are on a road trip through Tri Cities or if you live here you NEED to eat at this food truck. Authentic tacos are our absolute favorite food and we try so many different places all the time, but these so far are the best in the TC. Thank you for such amazing food!

Will come to this truck again! The bomb tacos were awesome! We got two tacos a piece and were delighted that they came with guacamole and had sides of fried onions, pickled cucumbers/onions/jalapeño slices, radish slices, and a fried jalapeño! The flavors and quantities were on point!

This place really packs the flavor! The bomb tacos are a must have I get them every time. Filled with your choice of meat, they add cheese and guacamole. The tortillas have a nice sear on the outside and the meat and cheese make it nice and soft on the inside. Bomb tacos come with a side of pickled cucumber salad, grilled onions and fried jalapeño. They offer a variety of salsas that are very tasty. I will say I’m not a fan of the “Agua Frescas” as they are made corn syrup and not real fruit so they are extremely sweet and not to my liking. Other than that everything else I have had food wise is delicious.
