“A wonderful dining experience. You have the choice to dine traditional or at a booth, a nice option to have. The interior of the restaurant is colorful and warm, with quiet dining music. The service is traditional, a rosewater hand washing upon being seated, and the food is amazing. Fresh, flavorful, not overpowering by unnecessary spices and very good ingredients. The Arabic tea is a staple for a good Mediterranean meal and Petra's is beautiful. I recommend you try Petra House rather you be a fan of traditional Mediterranean food or if you are wanting to branch out into something unique and joyful.”

“We asked a friend for a recommendation for Chinese in Vancouver he recommended here. So glad he did. At first I was not so impressed lady that took our order was so quick I felt like I did finish my sentence...But the food made up for it all. All very fresh and delicious. I love that she asked if we wanted the steemed rice instead of just adding it. I always feel like I waste it because I order fried rice.”

“This location in specific has been open a long time and I've seen alot of friends or people I went to school with come and go through this exact McDonald's. They used to be a bit slow and I don't go often but in my experience they've never been the quickest but they usually get the order correct. Last time I was there the menu shut off randomly for like 2 minutes and the speakers too. We were waiting like :|”

“Pleasurable experience and clean enough atmosphere. Service was lacking, but when it did come around it was full energy and excellent. Delicious food, wonderful chefs. Would give it 5 stars if the service would have been more timely and available, considering it was a very slow night in the restaurant. However, I will revisit to give it another chance for 5 stars.”

“Beautiful Latino art, tables and counters. Very nice staff with great service. The food is excellent. We loved the entrees AND the warm chips and yummy salsa and bean dip. The Mexican music created a Latino atmosphere. Our family has finally found a Latino restaurant that we LOVE!!”

“Their hamburger was the best. We all love them.even the little ones. Their meals for children are very good. Just the right amount for them. Even I like them as there isn't so much that some is wasted. In fact as a senior sometimes the regular baskets are too much. Oh and don't forget your senior discount. Every little bit saved is a must when you reach this age.”

“My husband and I were there during lunch hours. Atmosphere was relaxing and quiet. We had a very polite and fast server. Both our entrees were delicious, full of flavor and filling. I did notice they had a steady flow of customers coming in picking up to go orders. To me that is a very good sign the food is well worth the money.”

“Speed of service and polite staff were both outstanding. Very prompt, very personable. I honestly expected the staff to be burnt out the day after Christmas, but they were great and it was kind of busy too. I barely had to wait any amount of time and the two female employees I encountered made this a great experience. I will definitely be coming back to this location ????”

“The Garage is your archetypal neighborhood dive. Sporting excellent specials (Taco Tuesday, and Wings Monday), as well as strong drinks - the Garage is a solid choice to fill up the tank during the week. Acoustically the place can be super loud, but the clientele is almost always friendly and welcoming. It's good to note that it's a proper Bar and Grille - so there are no minors allowed.”

“Had such a great experience! This was my first time checking out the new Vancouver waterfront. I loved the new area and parking was nice and convenient. Everything about our visit was perfect, the host was super friendly and even seated us at a nice window table. The server was also very helpful, he made suggestions for us and came up with substitution ideas for their featured dish the Sword fish. It came with a brocollini and my husband was not a fan and was able to substitute a salad for no extra charge. I ordered the seafood Alfredo and was not disappointed! There was so much actual seafood in the dish and wasn't just pasta with a little bit of fish thrown in like you get a lot of places. The flavors from both dishes were very unique! The prices here were extremely reasonable given the atmosphere and ingredients. I cant wait to come back again with family, want to try some of their appetizers! Would recommend to any seafood lover looking for a nice evening out.”

“Amazing food!!! Hands down one of the BEST sushi/hibachi places in town. The hibachi chefs are very entertaining and interactive with customers. Sushi is always fresh and the rolls are delicious. Been a regular at this establishment since 2015. I have yet tooken a Hibachi photo, once I go again will definitely yelp a few! Because the Hibachi here is the best! Such greatness and amazing service and show.”

“Had dinner and drinks with friends from out of town. My first time there. The service was adequate. The beer wall was pretty cool and will come in handy when really thirsty and you just can't wait. I thought the menu offered a nice variety to choose from. The steak was very good. Cooked as desired. The jalapeno cornbread was perfect. The fish and chips were tasty and not overly breaded or very greasy which is typical of most pub food. The chicken and waffles were pretty good. Usually tough to get them both done well enough, but Barlow's has it down. I could eat a bucket of chicken and mounds waffles. Next time back I'll have to try some of their bourbons.”

“Absolutely hands down my favorite food in Vancouver. ( And almost anywhere) Great service, excellent food and we love being able to still bring our dog and sit outside. Best chicken burrito EVER and best chips and salsa EVER. Nice and spicy.”

“Cute waterfront spot. Sides are ordered separately - so if you want fries with your burger expect to pay $5+ and share. The sauces are all pretty tasty. I'm not totally sold on pairing whiskey with burgers but both are excellent. They were out of 4 of their 10 or so beers on tap. The wait staff was a bit confused about who would serve us initially but they eventually worked it out. Food all tasted pretty good - I myself had the caprese grilled cheese with added bacon and I highly recommend! Everyone at my table enjoyed their burgers and the fries were all perfect. Calamari was a disappointment - very small plate that was more lettuce than actual calamari. Overall, tasty modern spot with some unique offerings but a little pricey after order multiple smaller plates.”

“Such a nice clean place to eat, they have parking off site. They have great portions and do not kill the good with butter. Coffee is delicious, great side salads and all of the staff are always kind and friendly. Love going there on lunch breaks, takes about 40 minutes from the time I leave the office to getting back (in town).”

Finally found a place with food as authentic and clean and delicious as Falahi Bro’s, my wife was so amazed of delicious of the food. Moe, the owner was so kind and generous him making the food for us as well as actually being able to deliver it to our table was truly amazing. He offer us free Turkish coffee and delicious tea! “I’m not sure why I haven’t reviewed tap sooner. The atmosphere is perfect. Hunter green walls, Dark brown leather couches, a fire put out back and dogs. Heck yeah you read that right! What’s better than taking your well mannered best furry pal out to grab a beer and split a sandwich while strangers gush over your cute dog? Nothing, the answer is nothing. Tap Union is the GOAT. Best gem in Vancouver!”

“Cannot say enough how much I love this hidden, sweet little treasure! Elaine is so wonderful and welcoming to all her guests, and incredibly knowledgeable about her cuisine! The food itself and DELICIOUS and the presentation is perfection. And the best part is her menu is always changing or has food specials going. There is wide array of wine and cider, and there's beer on tap. All the specialty food items for sale would make great gifts too! You must stop by if you're in the neighborhood! ”

“Excellent service and the Georgian food was delicious. They also offer Georgian water and wines. If in the area, strongly recommend it. Since it's small, do recommend that you make a reservation unless you prefer a table in the covered courtyard. Which, by the way, is where we sat, in front of the fountain. It was nice, peaceful and clean. (Niko and Bella, brother and sister, took care of our order, and explained the various dishes to us. First time ever to visit a restaurant serving Georgian food and beverages. Quite frankly, didn't know what to expect --it was recommended by a friend.)”
