“The good was good as usual. The service had a lot to be desired. 3 adults 1 6year old & a 11 month old baby that sat at the end of a booth table in a high chair. The waiter from the first thing to be placed on the table out it directly in front of her. Even the sharp knife, the hot food & every drink. Even after we said oh no don't put that there she'll get it. Luckily we were quick to head any & everything dangerous away from her. We had to ask for bread a few times after our empty bread plate sat for 10 minutes or more. Soda refills just seemed to difficult so why bother asking. Extremely disappointing service but good as usual.”

This is the 2nd time (in a row, once was a mistake clearly but now it seems to be a pattern starting) they've forgotten to give me a bread bowl that I ordered. Even after the cashier confirmed it verbally. I'll be back next week as usual but you can be sure I'm going to check my bag before I leave this time around. I live 30 minutes away so I'm not about to turn back around and drive 30 minutes to go get some bread that's not worth an hour of time + the gas money that would go into it.”

“Really fun atmosphere--very 1950's-esque. Mostly run by high school aged kids, and they work hard and provide excellent service. Meals arrived fast, and hot! Our family of three rated our food as 4-star (x2) and 5-star (x1). Chicken fried steak is among the best I'd ever had! Killer good! For dessert, the cookies and cream milkshake was a perfect ending to our meal. Now, where's my treadmill...?”

“Nice place! The staff is alright! The Room Service is awful and they NEVER respect the guest privacy. Be prepared to have them in your room (even with locks and signs posted). Stayed at this location over 60+ nights and this place needs better management! During Holidays, they're really swamped with a lot of kiddos! Several times groups of middle aged boys, run around being super obnoxious and rude! IDK what or why parents allow their children to misbehave to levels of making elderly peoples luggage fall off carts and guest getting water and ice tossed on them. For 8+ hours, I witnessed these jerks taking buckets of ice running all over the entire lobby- going on the elevater, the stairwells, down the halls- And were talking like entire baseball teams of boys being boys throwing ice; knocking down stuff in the lobby; acting like punks!! I Realize the Staff probably doesn't want to deal with the parents; however, they act rude when you mention any negative comments! The staff pretends to be oblivious and they certainly do not care! The signal on TV = shady! There isn't any dvd/ bluray rental equipment. Usually rooms have a Channel schedule guide, that isn't for the TV programs offered on the few cable channels they offer.”

“Where do I start. Coming in on a Wednesday night we were expecting it to be a little busy but to our relief it was perfect, calm, quiet and slow. I along with my sister are not too big on loud noises and our waitress Bree put us where we were away from others. She took our beverage order which if anyone is wanting a great cup of coffee I highly recommend theirs. She then gave us enough time to look through their generous menu. Our food was delicious, our service went above and beyond, the decor is so sweet and reminds me of the old days going to my grandparents house. After eating, dessert was offered but unfortunately we both Too full. We both have plenty of left overs to take home with. All around a perfect experience.”
