“We were very happy for this price! We had a lingcod fish and chips. I am usually not a fan of fried fish but this one was amazing. It wasn't industrial or to dry. You could taste the freshness of the fish. And we tried the crab sandwich which was very good too (but maybe a bit too salted). They both had good sauces and a lot of tasty French fries. I really enjoyed the IPA! But the raspberry beer was too sweet for me.”

They serve great food, at large if not massive quantities, for people complaining about prices I'm not sure, I got a gyro I made two meals out of for $12.50 that sounds awesome to me. To make this unbiased; the only "issue" I've ever had was a single room temp beer in the middle of summer at noon. So yea still 5 star since every other beer I've had there after was cold.”

“At noon in late February we have the place to ourselves. They have sports playing on TVs and music playing. They brought us each 3 tastes of various beers so we could choose what we wanted to order. The waitress then said she drinks half ‘n half Pineapple Cider and Ghost Ship IPA, both of which I liked. She brought me a taste of that and I ordered a pint. The Ghost Ship IPA by itself has a lovely strong hop aroma with medium bitterness. The Pineaple Cider is a delicious sweet cider. We ordered a Green pizza: pesto, chicken, spinach, artichokes and substituted mushrooms for the green peppers. Fabulous pizza with a crispy crust.”

“The service was great. The staff is great. The decor and overall condition could use some major work. The food was OK, I have had better and I have had worse. It is the only Mexican restaurant I have found in Westport and the place was packed within 15 minutes of our arrival. I would still recommend. I didn't try any of the margaritas, but the ones I saw coming out of the kitchen did look very yummy. If the condition of the restaurant was in better shape I would have given 4 stars. I would give 5 stars for the staff and service - they were top notch.”

“Ordered lunch to go on Friday. Very impressed!!! My lunch was ready to go when I got there and I was able to add on a piece of scrumptious banana cream pie! My blt was delicious so was the Mac and cheese it came with! Best prices in town! Living and working in Westport I order lunch regularly and this is the first time anyplace has had my order ready when I got there. This is Very important to me! Mama B you’re doing a great job!”

“This is a HIDDEN GEM! Just finished a fabulous meal here and had to share how impressed our group was with this place. The owners were so friendly and worked so hard accommodating us and the rest of the folks in the restaurant (apparently they told their usual staff to go home early)! We were SO impressed with our server, who we believe was the wife of the ONE cook working. She went from table to table, nonstop, waiting on folks and bringing out meals. Highly recommend trying out the cranberry wine, we ended up buying a few bottles to take home. Food was cooked well and we greatly enjoyed the cozy feel of the place. Bonus points for the three Tesla chargers outside of the restaurant! If you're in the area do NOT miss this place!”

“I know some of the staff there are rude but there are some really good ones there that do amazing job and are friendly. I usually let the manager know or the head of subway know my experiences with some people there that are rude and they are so kind to either re-make my sandwich or give me a discount on my next purchase. It’s a small fishing town people here in Westport think it’s just a job and some work a lot harder to make ends meet and those ones are the nicest people. I only ran into about 3 rude people there and will always bring it up to the manager or the head of subway to let them know subway is what you make it if you don’t like the sub you got bring it to there attention or ask for the manager. I give this subway a 5 star for at-least understanding my issues and making up to me most subways won’t do that.”
