Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The place is good but the food sometimes is delicious and sometimes no .. because when they have a lot people the food is cold .. but the place is nice and the service is very friendly

Up until Sunday, I hadn't been to a Red Robin in over 10 years. After Sunday, I'm not sure I will even attempt to try them again.

First thing first, our server, Beck, was a total sweetheart. I have no problems with her or her service. It was the food/price that was lacking.

I felt like the portions were small for what they're charging. I got one of their more expensive burgers, because it was supposed to have better beef. When it came out, it tasted like any old ground beef you'd get at the grocery store. That burger was almost $14. (And my upgrade from regular fries to sweet potato fries ended up costing me almost another $2.) My boyfriend's seafood plate was the same way. You expect seafood to be a bit pricey, but it seemed to be more than it should have been.

Our appetizer was also on the small side, given the price, and the fries I mentioned above were lukewarm. (I'm guessing my meal sat under a heatlamp while the boyfriend's food was finishing cooking.) Sadly, my bun also went to mush almost halfway through eating my burger, so I had a sloppy mess to contend with.

It's sad that with 1 appetizer, 1 small soup, 2 burgers, 1 beer, and one small margarita, our bill was nearly $60. I don't mind dropping money on good food, but this wasn't it. Sorry, Red Robin - there's too many places in town with better, cheaper burgers for me to ever step foot in your establishment again.

I had a great experience here at Red Robin, the service and food was great. I’m very impressed with how the handled our large group!

My first time here , their whisky bbq sauce burgers is amazing , the drinks mostly are bottomless and so are the fries . Great service .
