Food was good. Service was very lacking. After I ordered and sat down for about 15 minutes I checked on my order only to realize the guy who rang me up wasn’t even there anymore and I had no proof of purchase. Fortunately I didn’t have to defend myself too much but the Mac & Cheese I ordered was no longer available so I was given pot pie soup instead. Once they started working on my sandwich, I had it within a couple minutes. Clearly the guy who took my order was more concerned with getting off on time than taking care of me. At the time, I was the only person in the shop.

My coworkers and I periodically come here for lunch. We went today and the line was extremely long, snaking throughout the restaurant. They had someone taking orders from people in line and it made the line move very quickly. The girl making my pizza sandwich threw a bunch of lettuce on it without asking me what I wanted on it. A more experienced was watching and told her lettuce doesn't go on a pizza sandwich and quickly offered to remake my sub as she started to try and pull the lettuce back off. I took him up on the offer. They made the replacement sandwich very quickly. All in all, they promptly handled any issues that came up and delivered in a reasonable time despite the long lines and delays. Thanks more experienced employee for making sure I got my lunch how I wanted it.
