“Food was as expected. Service was ok. I believe I stated the 12 in sub would be cut in two, somehow that was heard as with tuna... which was not what we wanted. It was also put together by a second employee who I wasn't originally speaking too so perhaps that increased the likelyhood of miscommunication. I also felt rushed to figure out my sandwich tho no other customers had arrived. I opted to purchase the unwanted tuna anyway when a team of volleyball girls and their staff arrived to order behind us. Place was clean, but small, don't expect to find seating inside”

“Surprisingly great burger. Definitely recommend as an alternative to chain burger companies, and to support a woman-owned local business. Both my wife and I had the Sweet Rain burger, and we shared a side of fries. The burger was excellent. Fresh ingredients, great sauce, the meat was well cooked, the bacon was crispy and the buns were equally good. The fries were crispy and the side of fries was plenty for us both. They also have a fridge for sauces, where you'll find mayo, ketchup, mustard, ranch, barbecue, secret sauce and more. The staff was welcoming and nice and the food came out quickly.”

“Tbh we come here for the fries which are very delicious (In my girlfriends top two favorite fries in the area)! Combined with the comfortable setting, very friendly staff, and no worries about overcrowding, this place easily lands 5 stars from us. The stylish touches are very nice, and there are fireplaces, as well as TV screens to watch whatever you like. Also relatively convenient location right off the highway. The other dishes, some are hits some are misses, but we haven't tried enough of them to really recommend any particular dish. Just definitely the fries :p. Happy hour 3-6pm and 9-midnight.”

“We ordered the sweet n sour chicken and almond chicken. We requested sauce on the side. Both sauces were tasty and not too heavy. To retrieve the menu, you take a photo with your phone and your phone opens the link. This was a newer idea for me and I preferred to use my phone vs the tangible menu because on the phone menu each individual dish is pictured. They easily accommodated our group of 7 too. Attentive, helpful and welcoming.”

“Pizza was really good, the customer service on the other hand inside the store was not. A young male employee with black hair and glasses that approximately 5'8 and 160lbs was standing at the front counter and would not greet me or acknowledge I was standing there. I waited approximately 2-3min before I said," am I going to get some service or not?" He just looked at me and went back to whatever he was doing at the time. A male employee who was working on a pizza actually greeted me and said someone will be with you shortly. The young male employee should get re-trained in customer service 101.”

“The management has done a great job making this store the best it can. He is always on hand is willing to step out of his role to make things work better. Yesterday there was an unpredictably high number of shoppers. Lines were long so he jumped on a cash register to get folks checked and paid. Very customer focused as is the staff there. “This place was crazy busy, but we were still guided to our seats after hardly waiting at all. Our server had really good energy and made is feel like we were a genuinely welcome presence.
