Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Sorry but this place only had fair food... my lettuce and veggies on my burger were wilted... not sure why. The service was wonderful... the server did great.

Red Robin has always been a favorite of my family (especially the kids). We have visited this particular restaurant many times. It took around 10 minutes for someone to welcome us and take our names to be seated. We were then given a way longer wait time than appeared necessary due to all the empty tables.

Our waiter came right over once we were seated and was attentive at first. When the food came out the portions were EXTREMELY small. The "bottomless" fries were 4 or 5 on the side of the plate and the food was lukewarm. So we immediately had to order more, our requested refills were slow coming out.

Other locations are much better but I don't think we will go to this location again due to their downward trend with customer service.

The usual RR- great customer service, Americana food, massively good n endless fries. I ate here frequently when I was in town on work calls. I usually call in my order for quick takeaway but if I did happen to wait in lobby they offered a cute lil cup with fries to snack on. The lil things, like the best Ranch dressing ever and delicious Lettuce Wrapped burger of any kind, makes Red Robin an American staple.

Red Robin is pretty standard across the board. Food's usually good, decor is fairly similar, prices don't vary. What makes this particular location excellent is the staff. Simply put they are the reason we go back regularly
