“Started out good. Sat right away, order quickly. Good fast at first and quickly downhill from that. It is supposed to be all you can eat, well after the second set of meats, we had to wave someone down for our next set of meats. Never brought more drinks for any of us and never came back to ask us if we wanted anymore of anything. Very disappointed. Probably won't go back especially since it was $22.99 per person. There were 4 of us, so our bill was over $100.00. but none of us were even remotely full at the end”

“This location is pretty clean and the staff as always are very courteous, professional, and kind. Always a long line up here however the staff manages to get through everyone pretty quickly. Taking off one star though because many times (~15%) the sandwiches don’t seem like they’re fully cooked through or sometimes the fries are not thoroughly cooked. If you mention it to them they’ll fix it right away but it does get tiresome to bother them about it constantly. Other than that, everything else is good and I enjoy visiting this location.”

“This place is brand new so I decided to stop by and try some jjajangmyun (black bean noodles) as it is one of my favorite foods in the world. This dish is probably the #1 comfort dish in South Korea. It's definitely the #1 selling in the country. I ordered the ganjjajang (sauteed black bean sauce) as I prefer it over the regular jjajangmyun. I sat there for quite a while hungry as it took over 20 minutes for the food to come out. It might have been more, but I didn't pay attention to exactly what time I arrived. The portion size is pretty good. A little more than standard I'd say. The taste was pretty good as well. I've been waiting for a decent jjajangmyun place in Federal Way to open up and it looks like I've finally found one. I'm sure after they've been open a little while, they get the food out much faster.”

“This place is really hit or miss for me. I feel like my opinion is skewed since I usually come here with a big group of friends, and thus we're more needy than a smaller group. I'll start with the good. Compared to some of the other Korean BBQ places around here these guys are pretty cheap. Their meats are really good too. We only do all you can eat, and everything they bring out is great. Being able to cook your own food with friends is a nice experience. The sides are also a nice extra. Where the stars fall off is in customer service. There's a slight language barrier, but it's not the worst. The problem is they rarely check up on you. They have a button system they just added, I think, but they come most of the time when you press it, not always. The staff always seem like they don't want to help you with anything. Several times I asked for water (on different occasions) and they left to never return with water, or other things that I've asked for. In general interacting with their staff is very nerve racking. I'd say only come here for the good cheap food and not the service.”
