“Great little gem of a bar in the heart of Redmond. The staff is friendly and parking is plentiful. Lauren at the bar took really good care of us. The bar is also very clean, and welcoming. Try their potato fries and sweet potato waffles, both are amazing. I don’t eat meat, but was told the burgers were top notch! If you want to imbibe at a place where nobody judges a book by the cover, where all are welcome and where you will meet some cool patrons, head on over to Sam’s!”

“Had a good experience with kids. Place has lots of visual things to keep them interested. Regular cheese pizza was approved of by picky pizza eaters, as was the warm chocolate chip cookie with ice cream and chocolate syrup. From my adult point of view, the place was clean and interesting, staff were all very nice, clientele was a range of ages but all very reasonable as well. Wish I had been able to get a beer; Quilter's Irish Death on tap is a happy thing for me (as well as many other brews). Also has a soda fountain with neither Coke nor Pepsi; Jones Sodas all the way.”

“What an amazing hidden gem! I stopped in here to avoid the traffic jam on Willows and was greeted by and amazing happy hour and wonderful service! Their Happy hour and drink specials are 100% legit and they have a really solid menu for good lunch and dinner items. “Loved this street side food restaurant. All the dishes have rich flavor. People are friendly and drinks are innovative. Try the cocktails as it is fusion of Indian drinks with alcohol. They don’t take reservations so in prime time it can be quite a wait. Huge parking lot. The only concern is small plates price vs quantity. Price is stiff compared to quantity. But no complaints on quality. Go in a group and try-out different dishes.”

“Enjoyed it all. Good food, presentation and service. Greeted when we arrived around 1:15 on Superbowl Sunday. A 10 minute wait on a very busy day speaks well for their reasonable time from order to delivery to table. We did scrambles, omelets, pancakes and crepes. All were excellent diner quality. We ate more than intended, but still brought home leftovers. Our waitress was very attentive checking on us just at the right times. We will definitely be coming back again.”

“This place is GOOD, but NOT a Japanese Steakhouse. Unfortunately this place follows the trend of calling itself something that it's not and that's why it receives 3 stars in my book. If they were to rebrand themselves then I would increase to 4 stars. In reality at this restaurant they bring your order out on a hot skillet still sizzling. The orders are great for a single person but inconvenient to share. For me, this is an awesome place to have lunch, but it's not the experience I was looking for when going out for dinner with close friends or family; which is what I did and ended up disappointed.”

Unfortunately the last one took so long to come we finished all of our food waiting for the fish. I would come back for the food. The service wasn't great. “Killer Italian seafood restaurant in the heart of REDMOND. I’m not from Seattle, but have dined here for over two years, and I’ve never had a bad experience even once. The restaurant is well appointed and a place where you can take anyone; and they won’t be disappointed. The owner Michele is an extremely awesome restauranteur that will put you at ease. Make sure you become buddies with him as he is the real deal. Their hostess Elise is as charming as she is efficient. And their bar tending staff, including Sam, are amazing. They serve up some amazing cocktails. Let’s talk about food...their pizza, risotto, ravioli and soups are exemplary ...I’ve only had the veggie kind, and I’m sure their carnivore offerings are exemplary. Service is top notch, and the place is extremely clean. Parking is not a problem. Be prepared to meet a diverse bunch of people there. I always enjoy my epicurean experience there, and forever look forward to my next visit!”
